They charge me two time in the same day

I was charged 140.00 to my debit card without my consent, when I called they said that I DID approve the moment I signed up. they shouldn't do it automatically. this page NEEDS to be taken down. I was told it would be a few minutes of free tarot reading and it was more than a few minutes like 25 minutes. don't get me wrong the gentleman helping me was very nice, I regret going on this site. but as i mentioned before, they should make the fine print a little bigger for those who have a hard time seeing.

First I get a 40 charge than another and then overdrawn until my next deposit now its 100 charge so I immediately call and cancel account if only I would have reacted sooner i have no idea what services they really provide but I know I should have never been charged that much so if you get any unknown charges call your bank getthere number and cancel your account if you can remember your username for whatever it is you signed up for I was to late in canceling so I hope you can catch it sooner good luck to you cancel immediately

This company has taken money from my bank account about three or four time's £4.51 every time.I don't know what it's for they have my debit card details.I think i must of joined one of their sites,dating site i think,but i have canceled it as i don't visit their site or any other dating sites now.But they keep taking money off my debit card.I have rang them and had to leave a message,as there was no one to answer my questions.I have asked them to cancel any subscriptions i still have with them and not to take any more money off me,and i would like my money back,as i have not used any of their sites for ages anyway.

I do not know who these people are that they think they can get away with fraud. I have had them remove charges from my card and then about a month or two letter they randomly charge me again. There automated system ask you to enter the first 12 digits of the card that is being billed then to enter the last digit of the card being billed to cancel the billing. When you enter the information the system will come back and state that that card number can not be found therefore they can not cancel the account. Even though they just billed that card the day before! Am calling BS on this one. If you want to talk to customer service you are directed to leave a message because there Is no customer service available even though it is 9:00am in sunny Florida.

A *** company that somehow is able to take our money without any approval. Suggest that all people make sure to instruct your banks to not pay to any suspected ally to this BASTAED company I am going to *** and take their moneys asap. OKAY ! so I will continue to lambast a company that is full of lies and misinformation I will now construct a company web that will pour all the Bad things that WPI*Friends does They call themselves 'friends' WHAT a big lie. they are just no good a lying shower of crooks. They will fall a victim of more people like me and the others that have suffered from their CRIME

ive been charged since november 2010 and its been a year now. i dont know how to stop them. i even tried to contact my credit card company but they told me that i should contact the merchant, but the sad thing is i cant find way, email, phone to contact them, but there is no way. i think that the only chance is to try to cancel/close your credit card account for at least 6 months and apply to another bank, coz if not, you will be charged continously. even if you closed your account, they still continue to charge you. theres no way to contact them either. just sacrifice to close your credit card account.

this company has just taken 2 lots of money from my bank account i have never heard of them before does anybody no who there are bank says i have to ring in morning to sort it out not happy as im a single working parent how did they get my details can this company be stopped from doing this please now got to have my card stopped tomorrow so they cant get any money there must be somebody that can sort this so called company out they are doing it to alot of people they are thiefs laughting on peoples money

I am disputing a credit charge from in the amount of $1760.27, which is included on my statement dated 3/28/2011 through 5/26/2011. On 3/20/2011, I did not ordered wpi*friends from the Web site, Elite. I never approved the transaction. On 3/20/2011 through 5/26/2011, I contacted WPI*Friends via e-mail and phone, and was told to file this report. Again, I did not approve this . On 5/27/2011, I contacted WPI*Friends via e-mail and phone to request that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. WPI*Friends instructed me to file and fax this letter to refund my money,. On 5/26/2011, I again requested that my money refunded, I am waiting to receive a response from the company. I have inserted a copy of the monies that were not authorized to be withdrawn from my credit account, with WPI*Friends. Please investigate this dispute and provide me with a written statement of the outcome and my refund amount of $1760.27.

I have no idea who these people are or why the are taking my money. They tried taking 18 and then another time 2 dollars and got it. Who the heck are these people and why are they taking my money? This is outrageous, I would not take money that did not belong to me why can they? I have no idea how they got my cc info or why they are charging it. I think any business that affiliates itself with fraudulent practices should be shut down without any chance of getting there business license back. I hope you read this and report them to the BBB as I have done.

I had recently received 4 charges to my account from WPI FRIENDS INTERNET. After calling and talking to Brian, he was nice enough to have the charges removed with no further hassle. However, I realized that they had incurred a $35 NSF fee onto my account due to a check I had written at the time. After speaking to my bank, I was told that they were liable since the charges they had assessed to my account, although they were processing, made the $35 NSF occur. So I called back expecting to receive the same amount of courtesy as when I had spoken with Brian. WRONG. I got on the line first with a horrible rep named Amanda who wouldn't even let me speak, so I asked to speak to her supervisor: Nicole. Nicole as it turns out is the quintessence of deplorable, un-professionalism as it occurs in the customer service market. To say that I was angry after speaking with this girl would be an understatement. I WAS PISSED. She continued to berate me, while not allowing me to speak at all, even getting to the point where she would yell and scream in order to talk over me. I was amazed. She told me not only that Brian was wrong in refunding my fees but that the bank would have to call her because she wasn't talking to me. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she replied back that she "has none." and that she is accountable to no one within interior as customer service at WPI friends consists of 20 people with 3 supervisors accountable only to each other(her, Peggy, Brian). I felt reassured that the call would be recorded and when I asked if this was the case she replied "No, my line is not recorded." So, basically they have an operation where no one is accountable to a hierarchy and they can essentially conduct business in whichever way they desire. In the business terms she told me to *** off and take a hike because I wasn't deemed responsible enough to talk to her. Yet, my banker was. I didn't cuss, yell, or do anything of the sort to set her off on this tangent. In fact, I almost told her to shut-up because there was no reason for her to continue on like this. Oh well, I will laugh at her when she has to refund my bank account. :)

charge appear on my bank statement, trying to recall any purchase's I made on either the 8th or 9th of april 2010. none comes to mind, what was i chrge for, even though it's only $1.00 sounds like some kind of trial offer. don't recall any such transaction. With so many companies out there, who, if any I gave my credit card information to and if was a trial charge trying to recall what company it may have be with. Trying to research it via the internet but this one was one of the sites it kick me to, he charge on my bank statement read -- WPI*IFRIENDSS INTERNET.

I am based in england and had 2 payments took of my card by wpi-friends without giving them my credit card details.who are they and where are they based does anyone know.This happened on 13/02/2010 i have no idea who they are and how they have got my details i would appreciate any information about these *** merchants if anyone has any.most probaly a couple of smelly computer geeks without a life if anyone spots them give us a shout i would like a word in their smeely ears.This save online payments is becoming a joke,
